PTAC was established in 2010 to advise the Transportation Board on ways to improve and increase utilization of public transportation in Brookline. PTAC works with the MBTA and the Town to fine-tune existing bus and train service and infrastructure, as well as explore new opportunities to expand transit accessibility for residents and for those who travel to Brookline.
Membership and Meetings
PTAC is composed of up to six Brookline residents, appointed by the Transportation Board for 3 year terms. The Committee meets monthly, but the day varies according to the availability of members and guests. Check the Town Calendar for the next meeting date.
PTAC drafts and approves notes from each of their meetings.
