PUBLIC HEARINGS – LOCAL HISTORIC DISTRICTS

 

6:40 PM          1 Wellington Terrace (Pill Hill LHD) – Advisory Review of proposed new additions and other exterior alterations (Sunil Ghelani, applicant).

 

7:00 PM          90 Harvard Avenue (Harvard Avenue LHD) (continued review) – Application for a                 Retroactive Certificate of Appropriateness to replace three 1/1 double-hung wood windows            at the third story of the front façade with 1/1 double-hung double-pane wood windows (Joe     Neipp, Blue Water Builders, applicant).

 

7:20 PM          190 Ivy Street (Cottage Farm LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to     replace two existing wood garage doors and center post with a single wood garage door        (Jim Burke, Cambridgeport Construction, applicant).

 

7:40 PM          49 Worthington Road (Cottage Farm LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a 42” high cedar fence at the front property line ~30’ long and ~40’ long at the front side (east) property line and continue the remaining ~130’ with a 6’ high cedar fence until it meets the existing 6’ high brick wall        (Vicki Woolf and Tim Van Hook, applicants).

8:20 PM          115 Walnut Street (Pill Hill LHD) - Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to remove two existing AC condensers (one at roof, one at rear side yard) and replace with two new condensers at the side yard (Mary Sabolsi, applicant).

 

8:40 PM          181 Walnut Street (Pill Hill LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the existing asphalt shingles at dormer cheek walls with wood clapboards; install an AC condenser and fence/screening at rear; installation of two skylights in the roof at the rear; install gate in wood fence at Walnut Path (Dolge Donovan Smith, applicant).

 

9:00 PM          209 Pond Avenue (Pill Hill LHD) - Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct an 18” high stone wall with bluestone cap (52 linear feet) along the front property line and replace brick step with granite (Hugh and Arlene Mattison, applicants).
