PUBLIC HEARINGS – LOCAL HISTORIC DISTRICTS

6:40 PM           49 Worthington Road (Cottage Farm LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to add seven new window openings to the west wall; add two window openings on the east wall; install a 4” x 12” exhaust vent in the eave of the west wall; replace four basement windows in the 1920s portion of the house (Tim Van Hook and Vicki Woolf, applicants).  

7:00 PM           61 Spooner (Chestnut Hill North LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install two AC condensers and a heat pump in front of the existing recessed sunroom (Kimberlee Dow, applicant).

7:20 PM           62 Circuit Road (Chestnut Hill North LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install three 6” x 6” metal vents and replace the existing 6/1 double-hung wood window with three 4/1 double-hung wood windows on the northwest elevation (Asher Nichols, applicant).
