Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public comment on matters not appearing on this Calendar shall be scheduled each meeting.  Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Question of approving a Grant of License for Boston Gas Company to install a gas line on Town property in connection with the Fire Station No. 6 Fleet Maintenance and Training Facility Project.

Question of approving and executing Contract No. PW/18-23 Bicycle Improvements on Centre Street with Highway Safety Systems, Inc., in the amount of $20,128.75.

Question of accepting a grant in the amount of $5,625.00 from the State’s Executive Office of Public Safety and Security’s FY18 Bicycle Pedestrian Safety Enforcement Grant program.

Question of accepting a stipend in the amount of $5,500.00 from a grant received by Hebrew SeniorLife from the Massachusetts Health Policy Commission to be used by the Police Department in support of Hebrew SeniorLife’s Right Care, Right Place, Right Time: Effectively Integrating Senior Care and Housing initiative.
