 AGENDA

1. Possible reconsideration and further review of Warrant Article 22: Acceptance of General Laws Chapter 64N, Section 3 – a Local Tax Option pertaining to the sale of marijuana and marijuana products.
2. Review, discussion, and possible vote on Warrant Article WA 2: Approval of Collective Bargaining Agreements. 
3. Review, discussion, and possible vote on Warrant Article WA 31: Amendment of Article 8.32 of the Town’s General By-laws – Sustainable Food Containers and Packaging
4. Review, discussion, and possible vote on Warrant Article WA 32: Amendment of Section 3.13 of the Town’s General By-Laws prohibiting Non-Disclosure Agreements
5. Possible reconsideration and further review of Warrant Article 7 - Budget and Conditions of Appropriations

6. Possible reconsideration and further review of Warrant Article 26: Legislation authorizing an Override and Debt Exclusion tax exemption for seniors
7. Possible reconsideration and further review of Warrant Article 23: Renaming the Devotion School
8. Other business

The public is invited to attend however this meeting is not a public hearing so public comments will not be taken at the meeting. The Advisory Committee welcomes written comments, which will be circulated to members of the Committee if they are sent to lportscher@brooklinema.gov no later than 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting. Subcommittees of the Advisory Committee hold public hearings on any matter on which the Advisory Committee makes a recommendation to Town Meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to attend subcommittee public hearings if they wish to comment on any item under deliberation by the subcommittee.
