Brookline Tomorrow: Climate Action Today

Ongoing in 2013

Brookline Tomorrow: Climate Action Today is an initiative jointly presented by Climate Action Brookline and the Selectmen's Climate Action Committee.  Initially started in 2010 as the Brookline 2010: Community Climate Challenge campaign, the Brookline Tomorrow initiative is designed to raise awareness about the importance of reducing the carbon footprint of our community.  Brookline Tomorrow encourages energy awareness and cost-saving steps to reduce our energy dependence and climate emissions.

You can find out more about Brookline Tomorrow by visiting www.brooklinetomorrow.org.  Brookline residents, organizations, businesses, and others are invited and encouraged to join the campaign.  The Parks and Open Space Division and some of our boards and commissions are proud participants in the campaign.  Throughout the year, climate-focused events can be found at www.climateactionbrookline.org/calendar.php including the annual Brookline Climate Week at the end of January with a wide variety of events and displays throughout town.  Check out www.brooklineclimateweek.org for all the details!
