4. IDENTITY THEFT PREVENTION
Finance Director Stephen Cirillo will appear to recommend the approval of an Identity Theft Prevention Program pursuant to Federal Trade Commission "Red Flag Policy".

5. HANCOCK VILLAGE
Question of accepting $8,000 from Chestnut Hill Realty for the purpose of hiring a fiscal impact consultant to work with Town staff and the Hancock Village Planning Committee in evaluating impacts from various redevelopment scenarios with the understanding that any unused portion of this donation shall be retuned upon completion of the project.
6. BROOKLINE ACCESS TELEVISION
Question of approving the second disbursement of funds to Brookline Access Television in connection with the UAB Project.
7. MUDDY RIVER RESTORATION MOU
Question of approving and executing a revised Memorandum of Understanding in connection with Phase I of the Muddy River Restoration.
8. TRAFFIC CALMING UPDATE
Director of Engineering/Transportation Peter Ditto will appear to update the Board on Traffic Calming projects.
9. FY2010 WATER/SEWER RATES
Question of approving FY2010 Water and Sewer rates at $4.65/hcf and $6.45/hcf respectively
a. Question of approving the establishment of a working group to examine the town’s water/sewer rates setting practices with recommendations in time for the preparation of the FY11 Financial Plan.
10. 8:30 P.M. FISHER HILL PROJECT
Question of accepting the recommendation of the Fisher Hill Project Selection Committee and voting to designate New Atlantic Development as the developer for the Fisher Hill Town reservoir site.
