8:40 pm 75-99 Fisher Avenue (Olmsted Hill) – subdivide 4.81 acre site into ten lots, for 10 market-rate single-family homes, and one large lot, for a 24-unit affordable housing condominium complex of three multi-family buildings and below grade parking, on former Town-owned reservoir site on Fisher Hill
