The PARC Program was developed by the Brookline Council on Aging (COA) in conjunction with the Brookline Transportation Department to address the parking needs of caregivers who serve the residents of Brookline. Though the town has a 2‐hour parking limit, caregivers are able to obtain a parking permit that allows them to park beyond the time limit if it is necessary for their clients. Permits are temporary and free of charge. Permit recipients are required to follow all other parking laws and restrictions. A Social Worker’s Letter is required with your application. COA Social Workers will write these letters. Please see our links to the PARC Brochure and PARC Application and call HELP/PARC Program line at 617‐730‐2752 with questions and for further information.
