  • April 9, 2015: MassHousing issues Project Eligibility Letter (which deems the site appropriate for the project and enables proponent to submit Comprehensive Permit Application to ZBA)
  • June 4, 2015: Applicant, 21 Crown LLC, presents revised plan to Planning Board and public. (Note: This is not a submission of the application to ZBA.)
  • July 8, 2015: Planning Board Design Team meeting at 7:30 pm in Room 103. Design Team discussion with development team on the proposed revised design the 40B project. Developer has not yet submitted plans to the ZBA. Open to the public.

  • February 23, 2016: ZBA Public Hearing opens at 7 pm in Selectmen's Hearing Room.
  • March 3, 2016: Project team scheduled to follow up with Planning Board, re design - 7:30 pm
