May 24, 2021 at 7:30 pm (note time start) - The Board of Appeals public hearing on a substantial modification to the Comprehensive Permit pursuant to 760 CMR 56.05(11) to change the Project from a rental housing development to home ownership condominium development. No other changes proposed. VOTED: Approved with conditions.

February 19, 2015: Applicant submits PEL application to MassHousing.

April 1, 2015: Town submits response to MassHousing.

April 9, 2015: MassHousing issues Project Eligibility Letter (which deems the site appropriate for the project and enables proponent to submit Comprehensive Permit Application to ZBA)

June 4, 2015: Applicant, 21 Crown LLC, presents revised plan to Planning Board and public. (Note: This is not a submission of the application to ZBA.)

July 8, 2015: Planning Board Design Team meeting at 7:30 pm in Room 103. Design Team discussion with development team on the proposed revised design the 40B project. Developer has not yet submitted plans to the ZBA. Open to the public.
