  • Change from age-restricted (age 55+) to no-age restriction
  • Increase the number of bedrooms from 87 to 90
  • Increase the number of three-bedroom units to 10% of 50 total units

  • Most recent ZBA Decision is here.
  • Applicant submits notice of proposed modification to ZBA. 
  • ZBA has 20 days to hold a public meeting to determine if the modification is substantial or insubstantial.
  • If deemed insubstantial, the modification is allowed, although the ZBA may modify or stipulate applicable conditions. 
  • If deemed substantial, the ZBA must schedule a public hearing within 30 days.
