Official hardcopies for bidding may be obtained at Town Hall, 333 Washington Street, Brookline, Massachusetts on Thursday, July 30, 2020, upon a NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE OF FIFTY ($50.00) DOLLARS. Please have payment if the form of cash or check when you arrive at Town Hall and call the Engineering Office at 617-730-2139. A staff member will meet you at the front door with the document. Hardcopies can be sent out by USMail upon receipt of the $50.00 fee and by other carrier services upon receipt of the $50.00 fee and a shipping label charged to the recipient’s account.
Sealed bids for proposals addressed to the Commissioner of Public Works, Brookline, Massachusetts and endorsed Beacon Street and General Grounds Maintenance, CONTRACT NO. PW/21-07 will be received at Town Hall, 333 Washington Street, Brookline, Massachusetts, 02445 via mail or placement in the locked drop-box at the Town Hall entry until August 19, 2020, at 1:00 P.M. local time. To submit a bid please do so using the following options:
1. Place your bid in the black drop off box located to the left of the main door at Town Hall, 333 Washington Street, Brookline, MA 02445 by 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 19, 2020.
2. Make sure your bid arrives in the mail via USPS, Fedex, or UPS by 10am on Thursday, August 19, 2020.
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols bids will be opened and read aloud via virtual conference on August 19, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. The meeting access information is as follows:
