PROCESS

Pursuant to 760 CMR 56.05(11), at a public meeting the ZBA must determine if the modification is insubstantial or substantial. Notification is not required for administrative items (as it would be hearings). If the changes are deemed substantial, a public hearing must be opened in 30 days.
