Official copies for bidding may be picked up at the Engineering / Transportation Division Office, Fourth Floor, Town Hall, 333 Washington Street, Brookline, Massachusetts, 02445 on March 17, 2022, upon payment of a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.

Electronic copies can be emailed upon request to Rkefalas@brooklinema.gov. These copies are free of charge, but physical bid documents will still need to be submitted on April 7th to bid the project.

Sealed bids for proposals addressed to the Commissioner of Public Works, Brookline, and endorsed, “Woodland Road Improvements.” CONTRACT NO. PW/21-16 will be received at the office of the Brookline Department of Public Works in the Town Hall, 333 Washington Street, Brookline, Massachusetts, 02445 until April 7, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. local time, and at that time will be publicly read in the Fourth Floor Conference Room of the Town Hall.

For deliveries by mail via USPS, FedEx, or UPS make sure the bid arrives by 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday, April 7, 2022, to allow time for handling in the mailroom.

An optional pre-bid conference advising bidders of bid conditions and Affirmative Action Guidelines will be held at the corner of Greenough street & Tappen Street, on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at 1:00 PM local time (Following all state COVID-19 Guidelines).
