New T-5 Zoning District to set forth building massing requirements in two existing T-5 (two-family) zoning districts north of Beacon Street to encourage reuse and deter demolition. In addition to the map and parcel list included in the link above, the proposed T-5 District is also included on the Town's web-based zoning map, where you can turn on and off layers, adjust transparency, etc.
