Private Project Review

The Engineering & Transportation Division collaborates with the Planning & Economic Development Department, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals and other Town Departments to review and provide oversite of public & private building projects, utility projects, etc. The requirements for site plans, as-builts, construction & transportation access plans, standard specifications, stormwater management, curb cuts, street opening, and other permits have been prepared to assist property owners, developers, builders, architects, engineers, and others in securing the necessary approvals from the Department of Public Works.
