- Skyline Park Improvements Phase 2
Skyline Park, a popular park within the Town of Brookline, is part of the 15-acre site of a former landfill that was closed and capped through a MassDEP landfill closure process and made into a public park in 2008. Skyline Park is located on the top of the former front landfill, and slopes away on all sides with a connection to the Lost Pond Sanctuary. The current park includes a children’s playground, walking paths, a picnic pavilion, restroom facility, parking area and a synthetic turf field. This project is Phase 2 of improvements to Skyline Park and will include the proposed connection to Lost Pond, repairs to the comfort station, additional tree planting and site furnishings.
We invite you to participate in our REMOTE public design review process for Phase 2 of the Skyline Park improvements. The kick-off meeting is an opportunity to talk about existing conditions and the proposed improvements.
See presentation in the resources section.
