The Licensing Review Committee's mission is to review all current regulations for licensing, with special attention to liquor and food vendor licenses, under the authority of the Select Board and to make recommendations for any changes and updates in light of new information or conditions.
The Licensing Review Committee (LRC) will hold a public hearing on 3/25/15 at 7 p.m. in the Selectmen's Hearing Room on the 6th Floor of Town Hall to receive public comment on draft Registered Marijuana Dispensary (RMD) license conditions the LRC may recommend to the Board of Selectmen to be applicable to any RMD license it issues to New England Treatment Access, Inc. to operate as an RMD at 160 Washington St., the former Brookline Bank Building.
