Goal of the Program

The goal of Brookline on the Move is to promote physical activity and physical fitness among all who live or work in Brookline.

Brookline on the Move is a collaborative effort of the Town of Brookline’s Recreation and Public Health Departments in conjunction with over 30 private partners from the Brookline community.

Partners include athletic clubs, gyms, karate and tai chi studios, and yoga, Pilates, and dance studios. Brookline on the Move helps support and sponsor several community events including:

  • National Public Health Week
