The Devotion School Building Committee is responsible for the general monitoring of the grant application process and to advise the town during the construction of the project.

Project Update

On November 13, 2012 Town Meeting approved $1.75 million for the Feasibility Study / Schematic Design Phase of the Devotion School Project. On January 30, 2013, the Massachusetts School Building Authority's (MSBA) voted to authorize the execution of a "Feasibility Study Agreement (FSA)". An Owner's Project Manager (OPM) has been hired and the services of HMFH Architects, Inc have been procured through the MSBA's "Request for Services" (RFS) process.

On September 26, the Committee voted Option 1 as the "Preferred Schematic" option. The September 22, 2014 presentation showing all options is available below under "Recent Presentations". The actual "Preferred Schematic Report" (three volumes) are available:

On November 19, 2014, the MSBA voted to approve the Town to proceed into schematic design based on the Preferred Schematic option submitted by the Committee. View the letter from the MSBA (PDF).
