1 - November 26, 2013: Original application submitted to ZBA (192 units).
2 - June 5, 2014: Applicant presented before the ZBA a revised plan (184 units) that replaces the original plan submitted with the November 2013 application.
3 - July 11, 2014: Applicant submits drawings related to June 5 modifications, in accordance with Planning Department's schedule.
4 - July 23, 2014: Applicant presented before the ZBA animations from 3D model related to drawings dated July 11.
5 - August 13, 2014: Applicant presented further modifications to Plan before ZBA in response to design peer review
