Though the building is still under construction, Peabody Properties is targeting a Fall 2020 occupancy. Affordable Housing Forum on Sunday June 14, 2020 Building a Better Brookline is organizing an Affordable Housing Forum on June 14, 2020. The forum will discuss how diversity and inclusion, transportation, economic development and climate sustainability all impact housing affordability. A Town wide coalition of organization concerned about affordable housing in Brookline, will discuss and think about affordable housing strategies in the age of COVID-19. Everyone is invited!!!!
This event is organized by: Commission for Diversity, Inclusion & Community Relations; Housing Advisory Board; Economic Development Advisory Board, and participants from the following groups: Brookline for Everyone; Brookline Climate Action; Brookline Housing Authority & Housing Authority Board; Brookline Improvement Coalition; Brookline Community Aging Network; Brookline Housing Justice; Brookline Public Health Department; Commission on Disability; and individuals throughout Brookline with related expertise.
