We are B’nai B’rith Housing (BBH) a regional nonprofit housing developer whose mission is to ease the housing crisis in the Greater Boston area. I though to pass this information on, although not located in Brookline, this affordable housing development may benefit the senior population.


Lottery applications for Phase 2 of The Coolidge's 56-unit expansion are now available at http://coolidgesudbury.com/ and must be submitted by next Thursday, June 18, 2020! Though the building is still under construction, Peabody Properties is targeting a Fall 2020 occupancy. Affordable Housing Forum on Sunday June 14, 2020 Building a Better Brookline is organizing an Affordable Housing Forum on June 14, 2020.  The forum will discuss how diversity and inclusion, transportation, economic development and climate sustainability all impact housing affordability.   A Town wide coalition of organization concerned about affordable housing in Brookline, will  discuss and think about affordable housing strategies in the age of COVID-19.  Everyone is invited!!!!
