TRANSPORTATION DEMAND MANAGEMENT (PTDM) POLICY
The Town of Brookline, along with consulting firm Nelson\Nygaard, are developing a Town-wide parking and transportation demand management (PTDM) policy. This policy will affect large scale development projects, including 2 Brookline Place, in accordance with the Town of Brookline’s Zoning By-Law. This policy may include vehicular trip reduction goals, maximums for the percentage of employees that arrive by car, specific transit subsidy requirements, on-site bicycle accommodations, etc. Find out more and provide feedback on what PTDM should look like in Brookline.
