[ARCHIVED] Snow Emergency and Parking Ban Declared in Brookline

The Town of Brookline has declared a Snow Emergency beginning Thursday, January 4th at 7:00 AM and remaining in effect until Friday, January 5th at 6:00 AM.


Parking will be prohibited on all public ways while the emergency is in effect. Trash collection will remain on the current holiday schedule (trash will be collected on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday). Please place all trash at curbside by 7:00am. Christmas tree pickup will resume on Monday, January 8th.


Please be aware that the DPW will attempt to widen as many roads as possible immediately after the storm to allow for safe passage of emergency vehicles.
