To apply, interested parties need to submit an application and a lender's pre-qualification letter before Friday, February 5, 2021 at noon. Applicants will be given a lottery ticket for participation in the lottery. The lottery will be hold electronically via Zoom. Application, guidelines and unit's layout are found at:
