 SITE VISIT

 Proposal - a request for a Comprehensive Permit, M.G.L. c.40B, to construct a seven-story building with 54 units of age-restricted (62+) rental housing (six residential floors over ground floor communal space); no parking spaces on parcel. All 54 units would be affordable. (Precinct 9)

 Purpose of Site Visit: The ZBA will visit the site and ask the project team questions about the proposed plan. This is not a public hearing. The public is invited to observe but no testimony will be accepted.
