7:05 7:15 pm    Presentation, Public Hearing, and potential vote on proposed By-Law change and anticipated Warrant Article* proposing to amend the General By-Law related to the Economic Development Advisory Board (EDAB), requiring documentation of:

1. whether there is consistency between any group’s oral or written recommendation to EDAB and each EDAB member’s individual votes on related matters at a EDAB meeting; &  
2. identification of any EDAB individual’s membership to any group that has made an oral or written recommendation to EDAB

8:10 pm            Discussion of Submitted Warrant Articles – Discussion of all known submitted warrant articles for Fall 2021 Town Meeting to plan for future public hearings/ votes, including but not limited to anticipated warrant articles related to: gun store regulations, electric vehicle charging station requirements, parking minimum regulations, and increasing the cap for marijuana retail stores, requiring documentation of roll call votes, and requiring documentation of EDAB votes
