EXECUTIVE SESSION-
6:30 PM Question as to whether the Preservation Commission shall enter into Executive Session under Purpose 1 of the Open Meeting law to discuss an Open Meeting law complaint dated August 2, 2021, should the chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the position of the public body; if the Commission enters into Executive Session all members of the public will be expelled from the virtual meeting. The meeting will be locked for the duration of the Executive Session, members of the public may rejoin the meeting when the session is finished and the Chair reopens the public hearing.
