7:05 PM 155 Amory Street (Cottage Farm LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a screened porch at the location of an existing deck. (Fangliang Shen, applicant). Precinct 1
7:20 PM 12 Worthington Road (Cottage Farm LHD) – Continuation of an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace all doors & windows in the home; reconfigure and enlarge windows to the rear of the home with an addition; reconstruct the garage; replace a wood gutter with a copper gutter to match the rest of the house; remove a chimney at the rear of the house; install new heat pump condensers & screening fence (Zero Energy Design, applicant).
