Question of approving a request as recommended by the Housing Advisory Board for a preliminary commitment of up to $3,375,000 to Hebrew Senior Life for their proposed affordable housing project at 108 Centre Street.

 

Request to reprogram FY2021 HOME funds in the amount of $206,175 from “BHA Strategic Preservation Initiative to “HSL 108 Centre Street Senior Housing Development Project" in order to meet required commitment and expenditure deadlines.
