5:45 pm           Consideration and possible vote on TMM Pct. 1 Katherine Silbaugh’s amendment to refer Article 7 to a Moderator’s Committee (Article 7 calls for amending Article 8.73.3 of the Town’s General By-Laws to increase the cap on Marijuana Retailers by two (2) for Equity Applicants and is sponsored by the Select Board)

 

Possible amendment to previous vote on other warrant articles.

 

Consideration of possible amendment to the Advisory Committee’s previous vote on Article 25 has been postponed until a future date.

Public comment is welcome only during the public comment portion of the agenda.  The Advisory Committee welcomes written comments, which will be circulated to members of the Committee if they are sent to [email protected] no later than noon on the day of the meeting. Subcommittees of the Advisory Committee hold public hearings on any matter on which the Advisory Committee makes a recommendation to Town Meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to participate in subcommittee public hearings if they wish to comment on any item under deliberation by the subcommittee. All public comments become part of the public record.

 

Any member of the public may make an audio or video recording of an open session of a public meeting. They must first notify the chair and must comply with reasonable requirements regarding audio or video equipment established by the chair so as not to interfere with the meeting.
