ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS VIRTUAL PUBLIC MEETING

Per 760 CMR 56.05, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting to determine whether a proposed modification to the Comprehensive Permit decision for 32 Marion Street is substantial. On November 23, 2021, a Comprehensive Permit was issued to the Brookline Housing Authority, in accordance with M.G.L c.40B, for 32 Marion Street, Brookline, MA, to construct a 6-story building containing a total of 115 units and 28 surface parking spaces.  (Precinct 7)

This is not a public hearing and public testimony will be allowed at the discretion of the Chair.
