An application submitted by Chestnut Hill Investments LLC to modify a Comprehensive Permit (M.G.L c.40B) granted in 2017 and modified in 2019 and 2020 for a mixed used building with 50 age-restricted residential rental units, ground floor retail, and 70 underground parking spaces.
