Article 8, item #44: Increase Special Appropriation for the rehabilitation of sidewalks by $147,000 to total $500,000.
Article 8: Increase the Recreation Department’s budget by $1,350,000 (Ananian and Richardson)
Article 14: Amend the Town’s Zoning bylaws pertaining to special permit conditions for construction projects (Department of Planning and Community Development)
Article 25: Amend General Bylaws to ban single use plastics (Richmond et al.)
Article 30: Resolution Regarding the Kent/Station Street Senior Affordable Housing Development (Wachter et al)

The Advisory Committee welcomes written comments, which will be circulated to members of the Committee if they are sent to [email protected] no later than noon on the day of the meeting. Subcommittees of the Advisory Committee hold public hearings on any matter on which the Advisory Committee makes a recommendation to Town Meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to participate in subcommittee public hearings if they wish to comment on any item under deliberation by the subcommittee. All public comments become part of the public record. Any member of the public may make an audio or video recording of an open session of a public meeting. They must first notify the chair and must comply with reasonable requirements regarding audio or video equipment established by the chair so as not to interfere with the meeting.
