Open Session:

Motion and vote to meet in executive session pursuant to M.G.L. chapter 30A section

21 (a) for the following purposes:

Purpose (3), to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the BEU Units

A, B, and Paraprofessionals because an open session may have a detrimental effect on

the bargaining position of the Committee and the chair so declares.

Purpose (2), to conduct a collective bargaining session with the BEU, Unit A.

Purpose (2), to conduct a collective bargaining session with the BEU, Unit B.

Executive Session:

Discussion of strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the BEU Units A, B, and

Paraprofessionals pursuant to M.G.L. chapter 30A, section 21(a) purpose (3).

Collective bargaining with the BEU, Unit A pursuant to M.G.L. chapter 30A, section

21(a) purpose (2).

Collective bargaining with the BEU, Unit B pursuant to M.G.L. chapter 30A, section

21(a) purpose (2).
