ADVISORY COMMITTEE PUBLIC MEETING

Public Comment

5:30 pm           Members of the public may sign up to speak during the meeting (2-3 minutes per person, depending on the number of speakers) or send written public comments. Please sign up or send your written comments to Lisa Portscher ([email protected]) by noon. All public comments are included in the minutes and become part of the public record.

 

Public Meeting

5:45 pm           Discussion and Vote on Reserve Fund Transfer Request for Snow & Ice in the amount of $1,286,270 from DPW

Discussion and Vote on Appropriation Transfer Request (from Wages & Salaries to Snow & Ice) in the amount of $290,000 from DPW

Discussion and Vote on Reserve Fund Transfer Request to cover costs related to shortages in other utilities accounts in the amount of $450,000 from the Building Department

6:30 pm           Possible discussion and vote to amend previous votes on warrant articles

6:45 pm           Other business 

The public is welcome to attend. 

You can view and download the agenda, register for the meeting using the Zoom joining link, and access related documents on the Town Calendar.  Public comment is welcome only during the public comment portion of the agenda.  The Advisory Committee welcomes written comments, which will be circulated to members of the Committee if they are sent to [email protected] no later than noon on the day of the meeting. Subcommittees of the Advisory Committee hold public hearings on any matter on which the Advisory Committee makes a recommendation to Town Meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to participate in subcommittee public hearings if they wish to comment on any item under deliberation by the subcommittee. All public comments become part of the public record. Any member of the public may make an audio or video recording of an open session of a public meeting. They must first notify the chair and must comply with reasonable requirements regarding audio or video equipment established by the chair so as not to interfere with the meeting.
