Select Board to announce recent and/or upcoming Events of Community Interest.
Public Comment period for residents who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.
Up to fifteen minutes for public comment shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Question of approving the meeting minutes from May 27, 2022 and May 31, 2022.
Question of approving the proclamation recognizing Juneteenth in Brookline.
Question of accepting a gift in the amount of $102,456.47 to cover departmental permitting and misc. support for the U.S. Open.
Question of awarding and executing Contract No. PW/21-16 “Woodland Road Improvements” with Richard D’Ambrosia, Inc., 166 White Street, Weymouth, MA 02190 in the amount of $820,239.07.
Question of approving DPW contract PW/22-15 in the amount of $499,231.22 with WSP USA, Inc. for Phase I design engineering and architectural services pursuant to the development of a concept design (25%) and construction cost estimate for the Davis Path Footbridge Replacement.
Question of accepting a Shared Streets and Spaces Grant from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation in the amount of $49,920 for purchase of equipment related to Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety.
Question of accepting a Massachusetts Electric Vehicle Incentive Program (MassEVIP) grant in the amount of $86,000 for the purchase and installation of DC Fast Charge in the Webster Street Lot.

Question of approving the appropriation transfer request within the Building Department in the amount of $46,000.00
$33,500 from permanent full time to electricity

Question of approving a Temporary Wine and Malt Beverages Non-Sales License to Pierce School for a Parent – Teacher Organization to be held on June 10, 2022 from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM at 50 School Street. 150 people are expected to attend.
Question of approving a Temporary Wine and Malt Beverages Non-Sales License to The Larz Anderson Auto Museum to be held on June 11, 2022 for a Bat Mitzvah from 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM at 15 Newton Street. 50 people are expected to attend.
