Motion to meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws chapter 30A section 21(a) for the following purposes: 
Purpose 3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Brookline Educators Union (BEU) Paraprofessional Unit, and to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the BEU Units A, B, and Paraprofessional Unit with respect to the BEU’s demand to bargain a program review and the BEU’s pending grievances/arbitration, because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining and litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares;
Purpose 2, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel (Deputy Superintendent for Administration and Finance); and
Purpose 7, to review and approve executive session minutes from the following meetings:
March 2, 2023 and March 16, 2023.
