Public Comment period for residents who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. CROWN CASTLE EQUIPMENT UPGRADE

 

 

 

 

Question of approving the request from Crown Castle to upgrade nine (9) existing wireless DAS Nodes by adding 5G antennas and upgrading ancillary equipment cabinets at the nodes, including the replacement of 3 nodes for structural reasons, to improve wireless services.

Question of approving the application for an alteration of licensed premises of an All Alcohol License for Painted Burro Brookline LLC d/b/a Burro Bar at 1665 – 1665A Beacon Street.  The license is taking over the unit adjacent to its current unit to expand its restaurant, bar and patio.

Question of approving the application for a Common Victualler License for Apollonia Enterprises, LLC. d/b/a Fuel America at 1020 Commonwealth Ave.  Hours of operation will be Monday – Sunday 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Seating will consist of 42 inside seats.

 

Question of approving the application for a new Entertainment License for Apollonia Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Fuel America at 1020 Commonwealth Ave. Entertainment will consist of radio Monday – Sunday 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Question of approving the application for a Common Victualler License for Cantina Hospitality, LLC. d/b/a Taco Bell at 276 -278A Harvard Street.  Hours of operation will be Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 1:00 am Friday – Saturday 8:00 am – 2:00 am. Seating will consist of 34 inside seats.

 

Question of approving the application for a new Entertainment License for Cantina Hospitality, LLC d/b/a Taco Bell at 276 -278A Harvard Street. Entertainment will consist of radio and recorded music Monday - Sunday 8:00 am – 2:00 am.

Question of approving the application of a Common Victualler for Maguro Thai Sushi, Inc. d/b/a Maguro at 1335 Beacon Street.     Hours of operation will be Sunday – Thursday 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM, Friday – Saturday 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM. Seating will consist of 60 inside seats.

 

Question of approving the application of a new Entertainment for Maguro Thai Sushi, Inc. d/b/a Maguro at 1335 Beacon Street. Entertainment will consist of radio and television Monday – Sunday 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM.
