PUBLIC COMMENT

Public Comment period for residents who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Question of approving the application for a transfer of a Wine and Malt Beverages Restaurant License from Sivika Restaurant Group. d/b/a Pon Thai Bistro to APSARA LLC.d/b/a Maliss Thai Restaurant at 213 Washington Street Brookline, MA.  Proposed manager will be Bunsotheary Hay. The proposed seating is 28.      Proposed Operating Hours are Monday to Sunday 11:30 am to 2:30 pm (lunch) 4:00 pm – 9:30 pm (dinner) and proposed Alcoholic beverage service hours are Monday to Sunday 11:30 am to 2:30pm (lunch) 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm (dinner).
