PUBLIC MEETING: 134 Babcock Street c.40B Modification (Case 2017-0020) 

Administrative Decision on an application to modify a Comprehensive Permit (c.40B) granted in 2018 to construct a five-story building with 45 rental residential units and 36 parking spaces. The Applicant proposes increasing the number of parking spaces to 39.

Board will vote to determine if the requested changes are insubstantial or substantial, pursuant to 760 CMR 56.05(11). A vote of insubstantial will modify the comp permit with no appeal period. A vote of substantial would require the Board to open a hearing in 30 days.
