Open Session:

Review and Approve Open Session Minutes: May 16, 2022.

Motion and vote to meet in executive session pursuant to M.G.L. chapter 30A section

21 (a) for the following purposes:

Purpose (3), to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the BEU

Paraprofessional Unit because an open session may have a detrimental effect on the

bargaining position of the Committee and the chair so declares.

Purpose (7), to review and approve Executive Session Minutes: June 25, 2021; June 30, 2021; August 31, 2021; April 4, 2022; and May

6, 2022.

Executive Session:

Discussion of strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the BEU

Paraprofessionals Unit, pursuant to M.G.L. chapter 30A, section 21(a) purpose (3).

Review and Approve Executive Session Minutes:
