For the purpose of considering the lease of the real property located at 15 Newton Street (Larz Anderson Auto Museum), if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.

For the purpose of discussing strategy related to collective bargaining with all Unions.

EXECUTIVE SESSION - LITIGATION

For the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to two separate litigation matters, specifically, (a) Maryam Karimi vs. Town of Brookline, U.S. Dist Ct. Civil Action Number 20-12127, a former Library employee who alleges unlawful retaliation, and (b) two pre-suit claims by current employees who allege unlawful sexual harassment, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.

For the purpose of conducting a strategy session in preparation for negotiations with a non-union employee, specifically, the Deputy Town Administrator, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body and the chair so declares.

Public Hearing and possible vote on the grant of location request from NStar Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy for permission to construct, and a location for, such a line of conduits and manholes with the necessary cables therein under the following public way:

Beacon Street - at the intersection of Centre Street install Padmount #27983 and EV station 23' westerly to existing MH #9038 installing approximately 25' of conduit.

NOISE BY-LAW WAIVER PUBLIC HEARING

Public Hearing and possible vote to approve the application for a Noise Bylaw Waiver from McCourt Construction, a contractor of Eversource, for 24 hour overnight work in November 2022 at the following locations:

NOISE BYLAW WAIVER PUBLIC HEARING

Question of the issuance of a waiver to the Town’s Noise By-Law at the request of Aetna Bridge Company, Inc., for the period extending from 7:00pm, Friday, September 23, 2022 through 8:30am, Sunday, October 2, 2022, a timeframe coincidental with the planned MBTA 9-day surge ‘shutdown’ of the Greenline, D-branch, in order to allow for the craning, setting and securing of the rehabilitated Carlton St Footbridge span above the MBTA tracks.
