Question of the issuance of a waiver to the Town’s Noise By-Law at the request of Aetna Bridge Company, Inc., for the period extending from 7:00pm, Friday, September 23, 2022 through 8:30am, Sunday, October 2, 2022, a timeframe coincidental with the planned MBTA 9-day surge ‘shutdown’ of the Greenline, D-branch, in order to allow for the craning, setting and securing of the rehabilitated Carlton St Footbridge span above the MBTA tracks.
