7:00 pm Public Comment
7:15 pm Review, discussion and possible vote on WA 38: Resolution regarding the celebration of Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month (Wu, TMM7, Chanyasulkit, et. al) ARTICLE 38 - Celebrating May AAP Month.pdf
7:30 pm Review, discussion and possible vote on WA 33: Amend Article 4.07 of the Town’s Zoning By-Laws to allow for bee keeping (Shpritz) ARTICLE 33 - N.Shpritz For Keeping of Animals and Bees 2.pdf - this may be postponed
7:45 pm Review, discussion and possible vote (i) to refer an Open Meeting Law complaint (received 12 September 22) to Town Counsel; and (ii) delegate members of Advisory Committee to work with Town Counsel to draft/approve the final response to send to the AG’s Office.
8:00 pm Question of whether the Advisory Committee shall enter Executive Session for the purpose of reviewing and discussing two separate litigation matters, specifically, two pre-suit claims by current employees who allege unlawful sexual harassment, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
8:45 pm Open Session for the purpose of authorizing a transfer from the Town’s Liability/Catastrophe Fund to settle the two separate litigation matters discussed above.

Public comment is welcome only during the public comment and hearing portion of the agenda.The Advisory Committee welcomes written comments, which will be circulated to members of the Committee if they are sent to [email protected] no later than noon on the day of the meeting.
Subcommittees of the Advisory Committee hold public hearings on any matter on which the Advisory Committee makes a recommendation to Town Meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to participate in subcommittee public hearings if they wish to comment on any item under deliberation by the subcommittee. All public comments become part of the public record. Any member of the public may make an audio or video recording of an open session of a public meeting. They must first notify the chair and must comply with reasonable requirements regarding audio or video equipment established by the chair so as not to interfere with the meeting.
