Public Comment period for residents who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Question of approving the extension of the feasibility study agreement letter and authorizing the Town Administrator to sign and send to the Massachusetts School Building Authority on behalf of the Select Board.

Question of executing and approving authorization for a master lease purchase with KS State Bank with an annual cost of $363,750 over a 3 year period, with a 3.872% interest rate, for a total of $1,051,075.41 for 7 heavy duty trucks and equipment for the Department of Public Works, Highway/Sanitation: Chevy 3500 Rack Body Truck, Chevy 6500 Dump, Elgin Street Sweeper;
