Select Board to announce recent and/or upcoming Events of Community Interest.
Public Comment period for residents who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.
Up to fifteen minutes for public shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Approval of miscellaneous items, licenses, vouchers, and contracts.
Question of approving the meeting minutes from September 13, 2022.
Question of approving the Authorization to Hire request for a Community Engagement Assistant (C-7) in the Department of Planning and Community Development, contingent on the Human Resources Board approval.
Question of approving the extension of the feasibility study agreement letter and authorizing the Town Administrator to sign and send to the Massachusetts School Building Authority on behalf of the Select Board.
Question of executing and approving authorization for a master lease purchase with KS State Bank with an annual cost of $363,750 over a 3 year period, with a 3.872% interest rate, for a total of $1,051,075.41 for 7 heavy duty trucks and equipment for the Department of Public Works, Highway/Sanitation: Chevy 3500 Rack Body Truck, Chevy 6500 Dump, Elgin Street Sweeper;
Parks and Open Space: Chevy 6500 Dump Truck, Toro Groundsman Mower; Water and Sewer: Chevy 3500 Service Truck, Chevy 5500 Service Truck

Question of approving a Temporary Wine and Malt Beverages Non-Sales License to The Larz Anderson Auto Museum for a Melanoma Gala to be held on September 23, 2022 from 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM at 15 Newton Street. 300 people are expected to attend.
Question of approving a Temporary Wine and Malt Beverages Non-Sales License to The Larz Anderson Auto Museum for a Corporate Tent Dinner to be held on September 28, 2022 from 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM at 15 Newton Street. 75 people are expected to attend.
Question of approving a Temporary Wine and Malt Beverages Non-Sales License to The Larz Anderson Auto Museum for a Corporate Summer Party to be held on September 30, 2022 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM at 15 Newton Street. 200 people are expected to attend.

NEW COMMON VICTUALLER AND ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE
Question of approving the application of a Common Victualler for CREMEUX French Patisserie, LLC. d/b/a CREMEUX French Patisserie at 240 Harvard Street. Hours of operation will be Wednesday – Sunday 8:00AM – 6:00PM. Seating will consist of 9 inside seats.
Question of approving the application of a new Entertainment CREMEUX French Patisserie, LLC. d/b/a CREMEUX French Patisserie at 240 Harvard Street. Entertainment will consist of recorded music Wednesday – Sunday 8:00AM – 6:00PM.
