Question of entering into Executive Session for the reasons identified in items 2 and 3.
EXECUTIVE SESSION - COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
For the purpose of discussing strategy related to collective bargaining with the Brookline Engineering Division Associates.
EXECUTIVE SESSION - LITIGATION
For the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to two litigation matters, specifically, pre-suit claims by current employees who allege unlawful sexual harassment, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.

Approval of miscellaneous items, licenses, vouchers, and contracts.
Question of approving the meeting minutes from September 20, 2022.
Question of concurring with the Advisory Committee’s authorization of a transfer from the Town's Liability/Catastrophe Fund to pay for settlement of (i) two pre-suit claims by current employees who allege unlawful sexual harassment; and (ii) the matter of Maryam Karimi vs. Town of Brookline, U.S. Dist Ct. Civil Action Number 20-12127, a former Library employee who alleges unlawful retaliation, and to authorize the Town Administrator to enter into any agreement on behalf of the Select Board memorializing these proposed settlements.
Question of creating a Golf course Enterprise Gift Account and accepting a donation of $50,000 for the Golf Course Enterprise Fund in the Recreation Department budget.
Question of approving Driscoll School Project, Amendment #21 to the contract with Jonathan Levi Architects in the amount of $10,780.00 for rain garden redesign
Question of approving Driscoll School Project, Change Order #14 to the contract with Gilbane Building Company in the amount of $217,397.00 for various additions and deletions to contract work
Question of approving Change Order #26 with Skanska in the amount of zero (0) dollars related to the Brookline High School projects.
Question of approving a Temporary All Kinds Beverages Non-Sales License to Ron Pearl d/b/a The Larz Anderson Auto Museum for a Wedding Reception to be held on October 1, 2022 from 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM at 15 Newton Street. 200 people expected to attend.
Question of approving a Temporary Wine and Malt Beverages Non-Sales License to The Larz Anderson Auto Museum for a Tented Wedding to on October 8, 2022 from 4:30 PM – 11:00 PM at 15 Newton Street. 200 people expected to attend.
Review and potential vote on Calendar Items
NOISE BYLAW WAIVER EXTENSION PUBLIC HEARING
Question of granting an extension to the earlier issued Noise By-Law waiver given Aetna Bridge Co. (running 9/23 – 10/2) for the newly needed period extending from 7:00PM, Friday, October 7, 2022 through 8:30AM, Sunday, October 16, 2022, again piggy-backing on a planned MBTA 9-day Greenline D-branch shutdown, to allow for the craning and setting of the rehabilitated Carlton St Footbridge span and associated work above the MBTA tracks.

WARRANT ARTICLES PUBLIC HEARING
Review and possible vote on the following Warrant Articles for the 2022 Special Town Meeting:
Warrant Article 7 - Reduce the need to publish and distribute hard copies of certain reports
Warrant Article 14 - Amend Article 4.2.7 of the Town’s General By-Law to require annual reporting on the Town’s Payment in Lieu of Tax (PILOT) program
Warrant Article 36 - Resolution regarding the Town’s Payment in Lieu of Tax (PILOT) program
Warrant Article 27 - Zoning Bylaw to Prohibit New On-Site Fossil Fuel Infrastructure
Further review and possible vote on the following Warrant Articles for the November 15, 2022 Fall Town Meeting (STM 1):
Warrant Article 5 - Reduce the requirement for recommendations on all warrant articles
Warrant Article 8 - Provide alternative to publishing ads in a newspaper of general circulation
