The Zoning Board of Appeals will open a public opening hearing on an application submitted by 40 Centre Street LLC to modify a Comprehensive Permit (M.G.L c.40B) granted in 2017 for an apartment building with 40 residential rental units. (Precinct 9, Zoning District M-1.0-Multifamily)
