11:35 am     Vote to see if Committee agrees to have Chair accept minutes with the condition that any suggested edits will be taken up as a vote at a Committee meeting


Director of Planning & Community Development Kara Brewton to lead:

11:40 am     Brief history of Committee work to date

11:50 am     Review with Committee regarding list of items that are completed and those tasks that need to be taken up before June 2022

12:10 am     Review of work completed since Committee last met in April 2022, along with Committee member discussion of staff recommendations
