7:15 pm There will be a Public Hearing on WA 2 (STM) followed by a meeting of the Advisory Committee.

7:30 pm Review, discuss and possibly vote on WA 2 (STM 1): Approval of Collective Bargaining Agreements
7:45 pm Continue to review discuss and possibly vote on WA 25: Petition for a special act regarding Green Zoning.
8:00 pm Continue to review discuss and possibly vote on WA 26: Petition for a special act regarding a methane emissions surcharge.
8:15 pm Continue to review discuss and possibly vote on WA 28: Petition for a special act regarding an emissions reduction fund.
8:30 pm Continue to review discuss and possibly vote on WA 29: Petition for a special act regarding a gasoline vehicle excise surcharge.
8:45 pm Possible reconsideration of our vote on WA 9: Amend Article 7.7 of the Town’s General By-Laws to increase snow enforcement

Public comment is welcome only during the public comment and hearing portion of the agenda. The Advisory Committee welcomes written comments, which will be circulated to members of the Committee if they are sent to [email protected] no later than noon on the day of the meeting.
Subcommittees of the Advisory Committee hold public hearings on any matter on which the Advisory Committee makes a recommendation to Town Meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to participate in subcommittee public hearings if they wish to comment on any item under deliberation by the subcommittee. All public comments become part of the public record. Any member of the public may make an audio or video recording of an open session of a public meeting. They must first notify the chair and must comply with reasonable requirements regarding audio or video equipment established by the chair so as not to interfere with the meeting.
